Refund Policy

At LakeSentry, we take pride in the quality of our delicious pizzas and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy has been developed to provide a clear and fair process for handling refunds and returns.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via +44 20 7946 0958. Orders can only be cancelled before they go into preparation - usually within a brief grace period after placing the order. If we are able to cancel your order before it is made, you will receive a full refund. However, once the preparation has commenced, we cannot accept cancellations.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

We strive for perfection with every slice, but if we happen to make a mistake with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your pizza, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Depending on your preference, we may either prepare a new order for you at no additional cost, or offer a refund or store credit. To process a refund or exchange, we may request a brief explanation and, in some cases, the return of the uneaten portion of your pizza for quality inspection.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically do not accept physical returns of food items. However, if there has been a significant error in your order, please keep the item in question for possible collection if requested by a customer service representative for inspection.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days established by your card issuer's policies. Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, there may be a delay in your credit card or bank processing the refund, which is outside of our control.

Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that your pizza does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify us immediately so we can track the order and resolve the issue. If it is determined that non-delivery is due to an error on our part, you will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Gift Vouchers

If you have been gifted a LakeSentry voucher and there is a problem with the redemption of this voucher, please reach out to us at +44 20 7946 0958. Please note that vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
