'LakeSentry was born out of a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family opened the doors to our pizza kitchen in 1985, initially as a quaint, family-operated shop with long-cherished recipes passed through the ages.

Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered pizza creation on her journeys across Italy, learning from celebrated pizza maestros in Naples—pizza's hometown. After returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to time-honored preparation techniques and sourcing the finest components.

From its origins as a humble 12-seat eatery, it has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, while persistently upholding our dedication to excellence and true craftsmanship. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, freshly prepare our dough each day, and procure the best ingredients available.

Still under the ownership and management of the Bianchi family, the second generation now guides our devoted crew. Despite integrating some contemporary advancements, our enterprise's soul remains unchanged: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites diners.
